Bio:
I started ADITS in Bowen in 2006, in the town I grew up in, with a handful of local clients and a fairly simple idea. Regional organisations deserve the same standard of IT as anyone in a capital city.
Twenty years on we operate out of Bowen, Townsville, Cairns and Brisbane, supporting thousands of users across healthcare, education, not for profit and professional services. My own background is in IT for Queensland schools, which is where a lot of our early work came from and why education is still close to the way we think about service.
I lead the strategic direction of the business. This includes cyber security and compliance, the standards we hold ourselves to, and building a team that takes accountability seriously. We are aiming to support more than 30,000 users by 2030, which shapes most of the decisions I make about how we grow.
We are certified to ISO 27001 for information security and ISO 42001 for AI management, which matters less as a badge than as proof that we practice what we preach.
