About Great Place to Work
Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture. The company leverages 30 years of research to quantify the current state of your workplace culture and show you how it compares to the best in the world. Since 1998, they have been the data scientists behind the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list. Using their rigorous methodology, they recognise companies who have built high-trust, high-performance company cultures. Their research is backed by data compiled from over 100 million employee engagement surveys around the globe. Every year, they conduct the world’s largest study of workplace excellence and hold various gold standard benchmarks.
In order to gain certification, Great Place to Work requires your Team to complete a rigorous survey, the Trust Index. If your company meets the benchmark of 65%, you will become certified.
ADITS Certification
We are proud to announce that ADITS had gain Certification, with 93% of employees indicating that this is a Great Place to Work. This is higher than the top benchmark set by the 2019 Best Places to Work list, at 89%.
We are particularly proud of achieving 100% in the following statements:
